Office Manager (f|m|x) for the Amsterdam Office

You ensure a smooth and welcoming office environment and support our teams in everyday operations. As the first point of contact in our Amsterdam office, you keep things running, connect with our headquarters, and support employees, visitors, and executives alike.

 

Your tasks:
  • You manage daily office operations, supplies, vendors, and facility topics.
  • You act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors in the Amsterdam office.
  • You support onboarding and offboarding processes, travel bookings, and the preparation of meetings.
  • You organize team events and support executives with administrative tasks.
  • You connect with our headquarters in Germany and coordinate with internal functions such as IT, HR, Finance, and Facility.
Your skills:
  • You have experience in office management, operations, or a similar role.
  • You work in a structured, proactive, and hands-on way.
  • You communicate confidently in Dutch and English.
  • You are comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic environment and using MS Office tools. #LI-LW1
